Our Day Retreat includes a yoga practice, basic Pranayama techniques, a restorative practice and a deep relaxation incorporating Yoga Nidra. Enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch prepared by Emer and chance to use the sauna and plunge pool. Join us for the day, or stay the night as well, free your soul and relax in the glorious surroundings of The Yoga Barn.
