This all-inclusive retreats start on Friday mid-morning or afternoon when you can arrive, and close on Sunday afternoon. The option to extend your fast and go home with a day of juices to break your cleanse is available upon request. You will also return home with a menu plan suggested for the week. Located in the stunning countryside of Ireland with lazy hammocks amongst the trees, a custom-built studio with panoramic views, and a cozy sauna and plunge pool. The space and yoga offered will fully support an easy and supportive detox. If you want to clear the body of disease, excess weight, and mental confusion this retreat will fully support that process. Retreat Cost is €440 for shared accommodations and €600 for a private room.
