Cancellation Policy

The Day Retreat price of €100 per person includes a €25 non-refundable deposit per person. We understand that life can be unpredictable. We offer a fair cancellation policy that allows flexibility for you and sustainability for us. 1) Cancellation up to 14 days before the retreat: We are happy to transfer your full amount to another retreat date. If you prefer a refund, we can refund the amount paid, less the €25 deposit, per person. 2) Cancellation within 14 days of your Retreat. As late cancellations are difficult to fill, we do not offer refunds within two weeks of a Retreat. We will work with you to transfer your full amount to an alternative retreat date.
