This retreat is a winter wellness retreat designed to help you down regulate your nervous system, shift from the busyness of summer to the slower cosiness of the winter months. The retreat will be: a space to rest and reflect supportive and wholesome social without pressure You will leave feeling lighter, more connected to your body and ready to ease your way into winter. Rest Retreat falls the weekend before Samhain “summers end” which is a time where we can reflect on the year that has just passed and begin to settle down in preparation for winter solstice (yule). This retreat will be good for you if: You often feel overwhelmed, stressed and tired. You struggle to slow down and be present. You’re curious about healing through rest, movement, and yoga. You want to reconnect with yourself in a supportive, grounding environment. You’re craving slowness, softness, and permission to stop rushing. What is Rest Retreat all about? Over the three days, you'll be immersed in a wholesome blend of relaxation practices, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.
