Join Nicky and Fiona for yoga, meditation, and shared space with a circle of women. This is a gentle, welcoming retreat where you can unwind, reflect, and reconnect. Swim beneath a waterfall, chill in the sun (hopefully), share nourishing meals together, laugh, journal, and make new pals.
